POLICY REGARDING COVID-19

In light of President Trump’s address to the nation regarding the Coronavirus, we are taking precautions to safeguard the health of our staff and our clients.
Effective Monday, March 16, 2020, Wagner & Associates will not be accepting in-person tax drop-off appointments. We are asking that you please either upload your tax documents to your client portal, mail them to our office, or drop them off at the front desk in a sealed envelope. Should you have follow-up questions for your CPA, we will certainly schedule a phone conference for you, or correspond by email if you prefer. If you need assistance with using your client portal upload features, please let us know.
If you typically sign a hard copy of your tax return each year, we recommend that you try our e-signing feature for the filing of your 2019 return.
If you have travelled outside the US within the past three weeks, we ask that you refrain from visiting the office in-person during this tax season.
We realize you may be anxious to file your tax returns as soon as possible this year. However, the health of our staff and our clients is of utmost important to us. By following the recommendations above, we hope to minimize the exposure to anyone who is ill, whether with the Coronavirus or any other seasonal cold or flu.
